Gununghalu Motekar
The word "Motekar" itself is a powerful word which means creativity to continously do everything in any possible way to survive in any condition.
Gununghalu coffee is well known worldwide, do to its participation in the AVPA Gourmet Product Exhibition in SIAL France on 2018. The Farmers and sellers was impacted very greatly by it, cause now, almost every village around Gununghalu plants coffee. But, the one who is quite organize and was receiving many attention from many parties is the coffee produce in Tangsi, one of the area in the Gununghalu village.
Many said that aside from its great taste, the coffee from Gununghalu is also friendly for the stomach, and from my own experience, it has help me whenever i have a cold, and ofcourse it can inhance our creativity because Studies have shown that caffeine can increase divergent thinking, which is the ability to come up with new and unique ideas. This type of thinking is crucial for problem-solving and innovation, and can be especially beneficial for creative tasks such as writing, design, or brainstorming sessions.
Our product is consist of 2 kinds of coffee, Arabica and Robusta, but the Arabica was process diferently, which make it comes out in different flavour, we have :
Motekar WineArabica Wine/fermented coffee is an arabican coffee with the highest value in the market. The condition is cause do to the quality beans/fully ripe ones/cherry beans that is use in the process, and the long term of drying so that the cherry essence will absorbed in the bean, the process takes about 30 to 60 days (defend on the weather)
Motekar Natural
Arabica Natural is the second level in the hierarchy, what makes it different is because the drying is not as long as wine process, it takes about 15 days/2 weeks, and in the drying process, it must be flip every 2-3 hours.
Motekar Honey
Arabica Honey is the third level in the hierarchy, although the process is lot harder than the 2 previous process, cause the coffee neeeded to be peeled first before it was dryed, the drying process is not as long as the 2 previous process, it takes about 8 to 30 days, depend on the desired results.
Motekar Robusta
Robusta berasal dari kata 'robust' yang artinya kuat. Sesuai dengan namanya, karakteristik kopi robusta memiliki rasa yang sangat kuat, dengan rasa yang lebih pahit jika dibandingkan dengan kopi arabika.
