Yesterday, while i am cruising the internet, i saw an inspirational words, it is a word of wisdom which said by one of the most influencial author of our time, J.K. Rowling , she said " It is our choices that shows what we trully are, far more than our abilities ." is it true ??? Lets start prooving the  inspirational words  with an example, if we are in a situation where our life is in great danger if we doesnt react quickly, what are our priority, what will we do???  we can do something that we think will work to immediately release us from the danger although there are no guaranties that it will succeeded, or we consider our ability first/what we able to do/what are our limitation and many other excuses that will limits us before we does things, what are the possible things that you think will happen??? Di masa keemasan legenda hidup Indonesia, Iwan Fals, lagu Oemar Bakri, merupakan salah satu buah karyanya yang paling digemari dan didendangkan dimanapun di seantero Indonesia, bahkan sampai saat ini lagu tersebut kerap didendangkan jika terdapat berita-berita miris tentang para pendidik kita. Alhamdulillah, jika kita melihat saat ini, realitas yang disuarakan oleh Iwan Fals, sedikitnya telah melalui pergeseran dari sisi kesejahteraan, para pendidik kita, khususnya yang telah berstatus PNS, selain mendapatkan gaji rutin, mereka juga mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi, yaitu tunjangan khusus bagi tenaga pendidik, dan tunjangan ini bisa juga didapatkan oleh tenaga non PNS dengan kriteria tertentu, kenapa ya ??? berbicara pengabdian, antara tenaga pendidik berstatus PNS dengan non PNS (Honorer) tidaklah jauh berbeda, bahkan pada daerah tertentu, porsi tenaga pendidik non PNS ini jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan tenaga pendidik PNS. Anak/keluarga adalah amanah dan juga ftnah/cobaan, sebagaimana disebutkan oleh Alloh SWT berkali-kali dalam Al-Qur'an, diantaranya yaitu sebagai berikut : وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَآ أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ وَأَوْلَٰدُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ "Dan ketahuilah, bahwa hartamu dan anak-anakmu itu hanyalah sebagai cobaan dan sesungguhnya di sisi Allah-lah pahala yang besar" (QS.
